I’m always happy to scout around the area to find something magical.
Cranberry Woods
A natural area located within the Cranberry Woods Business Park off of Route 228. It includes mature trees, natural landscapes, a meandering paved path, and small bridge.
Venango Trails
The common area in the Venango Trails neighborhood on Freeport Rd. sits right on the border of Cranberry and Marshall townships. It includes a large pond with a dock, willow trees, a gravel path, open areas, as well as a stone clubhouse.
Adams Township Park
This scenic park located on Three Degree Rd. in Mars, features wide open spaces, a field with tall grasses, as well as mature trees to offer shade.
North Park
This well-known spot just north of Pittsburgh offers many different backgrounds with a large lake, stone boathouse, mature trees, and a path of decking situated over the wetlands; and those are just the areas I’ve explored so far! With so many nooks and crannies to find, we can make even a chain-link fence look neat!
Historic Harmony
I love history, and this town has so much of it in such a small space. It offers historical buildings and landmarks with a variety of backgrounds and colors. Bright red doors, brightly colored storefronts, weathered brick, quaint cafes, log cabin homes, and a variety of architectural details unique to its time period. This location, about a half hour north of Pittsburgh, is one of my favorites!
Downtown Zelienople
Just down the road from Harmony is the town of Zelienople, a Main Street filled with unique backdrops. Much like Harmony, a client can get a variety of changing looks within just a block or two of this town. It’s a great location choice if you’re looking for a quaint downtown vibe.
Sample School House
This historic school house located in the center of Cranberry Township, is possibly the oldest standing structure in the Cranberry area. It predates Cranberry to the time when it was known as “Criders Corners” and had a very small rural population. The school house has a covered front porch to shield from the elements, a bricked pathway, and a beautiful community garden behind it. It is also always decorated around the holidays, which makes it a great location for Chrirstmas.
Hartwood Acres
Located in the Fox Chapel area, the mansion at Hartwood Acres offers some gorgeous backdrops. The stately grounds feature a beautiful flower garden, and the mansion itself looks like a castle!
